The owners of this Catana 431 contacted Yacht-HQ to repower their vessel with a new pair of Beta 38s and matching SeaDrives to replace the aged-out Volvo MD2040s and SD-25s.
Customer had a tight schedule to keep and Yacht-HQ was the obvious choice to get the work completed in a timely and high quality fashion.
During the re-power, Yacht-HQ also:
- Replaced exhaust mufflers and overboard discharge through-hull fittings to accommodate larger diameter wet exhaust hoses.
- Replaced hoses for engine / water heater heat exchangers.
- Performed full Beta dealer post-installation checklist, sea trial, and warranty certification.
- Provided on-going project assistance for various DIY projects.
